[insert witty title] Why yes I am lazy.

Okay. Okay, I get it! I know the site hasn't been updated in like 321986518165 months. But, I have a perfectly good reason!

It's summer. :)

Things such as our meetings to film have had to be put on hold because of important things. (i.e. family members dying, vacations, jobs, among other things.)

Either way I -we- promise to post a video before people have a cow. Ideas are a little slow and none of us are actually sure what we want to use as our 'debut video.' A few things have come into mind. Like, an introuction video or a parody of some sort. Feedback is loved! Some of our friends at school have nagged and told us what to do so I'm sure their support helps the rest of the crew as well as myself.

Before I end this I got a random e-mail from a friend asking about the blog.

Q: I was reading the blog and I was wondering who writes for you all? Or do you guys switch off with writing? Are you going to keep writing this once youtube videos start being posted?

Well about that I, Jade, write the blog mostly because I have easy access to the computer and I'm just a nerd who likes writing. :) And, hopefully this blog will be kept up after videos.

So that's your mini-update at the moment. I would have written something wittier and more interesting but It's quite late and I'm sleepy.

Sincerely,
The Taxi Driving Panda Crew
Happy (Belated) 4th Of July!

What's The Point?

Everyone has their own "happy place" and in that place a person feels comfortable. It can be anything from good memories to a totally different world! It's somewhere a person can just get away from their daily lives and shove stress away for a moment.

A common misconception is that when one is in their own world that they can't do everyday jobs. When in actuality great ideas and inventions come to people when they are in their happy places.

You use your imagination when you're in your "happy place," so with your mind racing to fit your needs and thoughts more things come to mind that could very well work in the real world.

Anyway, that's not the point at the moment. The point is what 'The Taxi Driving Panda,' is for.

Besides being something a few teenage girls came up with, from help from their teacher, it's also an outlet. An outlet not only for us to goof off and have fun but for you, the viewers, to have a few minutes out of your day to get away from everything else and laugh. Laughing at our antics, how stupid we are, or anything like that! It's just for fun but we hope it will bring a smile to your face once in awhile.

If only for a moment. :)

SMILE! WE LOVE YOU! ♥
Sincerely,
Your Taxi Driving Panda Crew.

Get To Know OUR Hero: Mrs. Goode.

So, dear readers, you read how we started the Taxi Driving Panda. It started with those worksheets. Well what about the person behind the worksheets?

The one person who ignited the whole ordeal. Our very own Geometry teacher Mrs. Goode!

Without her, as weird as we are, most likely couldn't have come up with The Taxi Driving Panda on our own.

So major kudos to our favorite teacher! She is our inspiration, our mentor, and our 'Mother Panda(?)' if you will.

Cue us holding up pop cans.

May other kids be blessed to be inspired by you and those dumb worksheets! Haha. :)

We love you Mrs. Goode!

So note to you future snot-nosed 8th graders: BE GOOD TO MRS. GOODE! Or else we, The Taxi Driving Panda Crew, will hurt you. :) That is all.

"The task of the excellent teacher is to stimulate 'apparently oridinary' people to unusual effort. The tough problem is not in identifying winners: it is in making winners out of ordinary people."

Get To Know The Hero: Kristen.

One bright morning Kristen shuffled her feet quietly across the linoleum flooring of her newest school. She dreaded looking around at the unfamiliar faces, each whispering about she was.

Another girl her age smiled warmly yet akwardly, "I'm Keelie."

She nodded slowly, "Kristen."

Keelie was nice enough to her, showing her around the school until coming into a room filled with boys and girls. Their heads swerving in her general direction. Some turned back to their work uninterested while others scrutinized her every move.

"Who's she?" Another brunette asked.

"Kristen." Kristen said quietly.

"I'm Logan.'

"Jadeyn(J)."

"HI! I'm dawn!"

She tilted her head, knitting her eyebrows together at the grinning bunch. Her mind was once racked with no school worries was suddenly being calmed bit by bit.

She smiled a geniune smile and chatted with the other girls happily. Little did she know the wonderous things she'd esperience with these idiots.

Hear Ye~!

Huzzah! The Taxi Driving Panda crew is proud to represent our newest member. And most likely our last member. :)

[insert Miss. America music]

This lovely girl is Kristen! She transefered to our school last year is our other good friend. She may be a bit timid and shy at first but once she warms up to you she opens up a great deal.

Not so long ago the once great Kingdom of Myspace had a great downfall of power and popularity driving our dear Kristen out into the cruel world. After a while of trecking through other Kingdoms she stumbled upon the Kingdom of YouTube soon falling in love with the atmosphere of joy. Fitting in perfectly with a weird crowd of girls spluttering nonsense about Panda's who drive Taxi's. Coming from so far away she was a bit skeptical of how she'd fit in. Yet, around these people she felt at home. :)

Get To Know The Hero: Keelie.

On a normal first day of middle school a girl would chat with potential new friends, share interests, and be a bit more social than they acted in grade school.

But, seeing as this isn't a normal story, our very own Keelie had a rather eventful day. Her brown eyes looking around her new surrounding in a bored fashion. She enjoyed the moment of silence while other kids filled the room, speaking to old companions about new cute (but really they aren't cute) boys.

She noticed a girl, Logan as she recalled, who she had previously played soccer with in their younger years. After some time Logan and herself rekindled old friendship.

As they walked down the halls they noticed a dirty blonde girl with stormy blue-green eyes who was skipping down the hall singing the 'Turkey Time Song[1].'

After some time of watching the strange girl she turned around with a crazy smile.

She waved furiously, "Hi! I'm Dawn~!"

"Hello." Keelie furrowed her brows at the opposite girl. Thinking how strange her impression of this girl was.

Little did she know she'd soon be best friends with said girl. :)

Get To Know The Hero: Logan.

In the early morning brightness a grinning girl with brown hair talked to an unsuspecting raven haired Kindergartener. Both soon found comfort in the presence of the other becoming the best of friends in no time. The once cheery Kindergarten girl grew up to be a cheery, exceedingly brilliant teenager.

Logan found her other two comrades -Keelie and Dawn- and they became close friends along with J. Her weirdness fitting in just fine with the others.

Whether she should be felt sorry for is still unknown to most. As you can see she has been dragged into the crazy way of the Panda.

Only her friends can tell the intricate ways her underlying powers work. The way she can twist a necklace around her neck and travel through time to fix her mistakes. Which makes her a good asset in Dawn's plan to get KFC. Why? Who knows? ;)

She, being the second most sane one in the bunch, will be in charge of nagging the computer techie -J.- to post regularly and update the blog for J is extremely lazy.
